Justin Thomas Wins BMW Championship

As the FedEx Cup Playoffs continue, Justin Thomas was able to hold off Patrick Cantlay over the weekend for career victory #10. Thomas finished the day with a birdie on the 18th hole Sunday to with by three strokes and 25 under for the weekend.

JT Went Low on Saturday Afternoon at Medinah

Thomas fired a round of 61 on Saturday after he birdied the first 5 holes of the day. He started the 4th round with a bogey on hole #1, and then remained even through 10 holes. On the back nine, Cantlay pulled to within 2 strokes, but that is the closest he would get as Thomas went on to birdie 4 of his last 8 holes. He finished the day by burying a 14 footer on the last hole of the day.

With the win on Sunday, Justin Thomas joins an elite group of active golfers that currently have 10+ wins on tour. Thomas joins Jason Day, Adam Scott, Tiger Woods, Justin Rose, Phil Mickelson, Ernie Els, Dustin Johnson, Jim Furyk, Bubba Watson, Sergio Garcia, Rory Mcllroy, and his buddy Jordan Spieth. Thomas is just 26 years of age.

Thomas played exceptionally well all weekend and remains two strokes ahead of Brooks Koepka in the FedEx Cup Standings. He stayed in the 60’s all weekend with rounds of 65, 69, 61, and 68 to finish 25-under par for the weekend.

Thomas is as hot as any player in golf and after his win at Medinah Country Club over the weekend, looks to be the clear favorite going into the final stop on the PGA tour this weekend outside of Atlanta at the historic East Lake Golf Club. The field is down to the top 30 point earners.

The Tour Championship odds have Justin Thomas as a clear favorite with odds of 9 to 4. He is currently 10 under. Patrick Cantley  is now 8 under par for the event and his odds of winning the championship are 5 to 1. Brooks Koepka is sitting at 7 under and is also listed with 5/1 odds of winning it all.  Other notables are Patrick Reed 16/1 and Rory Mcllroy at 9/1.

Best Golf Launch Monitors in 2019

If you are serious about your golf game, buying a reliable launch monitor is likely something you have been thinking about. As your game progresses, it is important to know your swing speed, carry distance, ball speed, ball flights and launch angles in order to improve and get more out of your swing.

Choosing the best golf launch monitor takes more than merely ordering the first one you see, no matter what the brand. To get the best one for you, you should know what features will provide you with the most information. Buying a personal launch monitor is different than purchasing a commercial device. You will want a device for indoor practice, that is accurate on a hitting mat when hitting into a golf net. However, you will want an affordable golf launch monitor that can quickly be transported to the range or used when you are playing golf on the course.

Your Personal Golf Performance Tracking System

You want to purchase a launch monitor that is convenient and accurate. You should look for features in a golf launch monitor that will benefit your game the most. If your main goal is to dial in the distance of every club in your bag, then you will want to find a launch monitor that is “dead on balls accurate” with distances. Distance control is a critical aspect of your game, and the more confident you are with your golf clubs the better. It makes sense to find a tracking system focused on your distance.

Today, most serious golfers know that a Trackman and a FlightScope are the Best Golf Launch Monitors used by instructors and club fitters. These monitors offer a massive amount of technology and can measure launch angle, ball speed, carry and overall distance, and spin rates for both side and backspins. However, they can be expensive, ranging around $20,0000, and therefore not always the most affordable option. With the more expensive models, there are often setup fees and annual costs. Even if you are interested in this level of technology, you probably wouldn’t mind finding something a bit less expensive and more portable.

Thankfully, technology continues to evolve quickly, and this will enable you to find a compact and more affordable launch monitor, which can suit your needs. We are not claiming that a monitor that costs 1/50th of the price of the Best Golf Launch Monitors out there will be as accurate, but you may be surprised by the results.

When you combine your practice with an accurate launch monitor, you will make your practice more much more productive. Knowing your numbers will provide with pertinent feedback when you practice. As a golf pro I know always says…”Perfect Practice is The Goal!”

No matter which launch monitor you choose, it should be of excellent quality and include some type of warranty since you are dealing with technology. We have tested, reviewed, and put in some time to help you find the best golf launch monitors available online.

Best Golf Launch Monitors in 2019

Swing Caddie SC200 PLUS

The Swing Caddie SC200 is the newest product from Voice Caddie. It can talk to you and is extremely accurate. After each swing, the monitor with audible output will tell you exactly how far you carried the ball. A nice feature with of Swing Caddie SC200 plus is that you can take practice swings without hitting a golf ball and still get an estimated distance of the distance carried. This launch monitor is affordable and easy to maneuver.

The Swing Caddie SC200 can provide you with much-needed data but is unable to give you those valuable spin rate measurements like the Trackman. On the other hand, it utilizes Doppler radar like the Flightscope, and this is quite a feat since the size is comparable to an iPhone 6. The Swing Caddie SC200 does not need to be paired with a phone, unlike many of the other portable devices. It comes with a remote control and requires four (4) AAA batteries.

The Swing Caddie SC200 has some excellent features, including a barometric pressure sensor regulator for more precise readings. It can be adjusted for various lofts of clubs for more precision and will store the data.

When it comes to the readings, you can obtain club head speed, total distance, carry, ball speed, and smash factor. You can also use it while practicing on Target or Random mode to see how well you perform. This makes practicing more enjoyable and productive.

This portable launch monitor is unable to report your shots’ launch angles, but the data does form part of the calculations of the distance and carry.

FlightScope Mevo – Portable Personal Launch Monitor For Golf

If you are looking for something portable, compact, and less expensive, Flightscope has recently launched the FlightScope Mevo, which can pair with your smartphone. It measures club speed, spin rate, smash factor, carry distance, vertical launch angle, and ball speed.

The Flightscope Mevo is a multi-faceted launch monitor that can help you improve your golf game. This device pairs with the app to assist you with capturing video and data on your phone. This is beneficial because you can save the data to compare with previous practice sessions. Being able to track your progress will enable you to increase your confidence and motivation to improve your technique.

You can track several things with the Flightscope Mevo:

  • Clubhead speed
  • Smash factor
  • Vertical launch angle
  • Flight time
  • Apex height
  • Carry distance
  • Ball speed

The app that comes with the Flightscope Mevo is its best highlight. You will be able to take a video of your swing and pair it with the data simultaneously on one screen. The app also has an interface that can be customized, which allows you to control what you see during each session. Additionally, the device is easy to take with you because it is smaller than most mobile phones. The Mevo is designed to be compact so you can easily take it with you when you are on the move.

The Mevo has some fun features. If you record your swing with your phone, you will be able to link the video with the data collected from Mevo. This is awesome for players who want to share information with their coaches.

While Mevo is an application designed for golf, it can be used for other sports including soccer and baseball. I consider it a great buy for a household of sports enthusiasts because all of them will be able to enjoy the benefits of the Mevo.

Garmin Approach G80 Bundle

The Garmin Approach G80 is a golf radar and launch monitor combined. When reviewing this technology, it was clear that this is one you want to be using on the course, and not as much for your indoor practice training sessions. The launch monitor components track “estimated” distance, clubhead speed, swing tempo, ball speed, and smash factor.

The GPS side contains precise distances for over 41,000 courses throughout the world. It also has a full-hole view which enables you to see water hazards and the location of bunkers. It offers complete hole by hole layout.

The Garmin Approach G80 also has a lanyard carabiner so that the device can be attached to the cart for easier mobility during rounds. There is also a cart mount and a mini charger to ensure that your gear and other golf gadgets are kept charged. This product is ideal if you prefer a launch monitor and rangefinder in one!

SkyTrak Launch Monitor with Metal Protective Case

The SkyTrak launch monitor is typically one of the more expensive launch monitors on the market because it is a golf simulator and monitor in one. It is truly a golf improvement device where you can play virtually. Although this is a more expensive model, being able to play practice games on virtual courses, as well as using a virtual indoor driving range is pretty sweet.

While it costs more money, it is absolutely worth every penny! The SkyTrak offers the essentials you need in golf practice device including club speed, spin rates on every shot, distance with audible output, and ball speed. Hitting balls with a portable launch monitor that only provides distance is different than playing on a golf simulator. Your friends may not show up at your house to hit balls, but they will show up in the winter to play golf on a golf simulator with 3d ball flight every stat you could hope for.

The SkyTrak can connect to any compatible device to display swing data immediately. Its high-speed photography assists with measuring the golf ball to provide accurate readings. It also provides a simulation of your actual shot.

You can see the following data with your SkyTrak launch monitor:

  • Shot dispersion
  • Ball speed
  • Launch angle
  • Carry and total distance
  • Spin rate

The SkyTrak launch monitor has a built-in battery which weighs 1.7 pounds and can run for up to five (5) hours. It is also portable and comes with a carrying case. The best feature of the SkyTrak is its capability to be used as an at-home golf simulator.

Arccos Caddie Smart Sensors

We reviewed the Arccos Caddie Smart Sensors in our golf training aid reviews section, and still love this digital caddie. It is different than the traditional golf launch monitor that you place on the ground behind you or to the side. These launch monitors are attached to every club in your bag.

If I had to give you my thoughts on this device in a few sentences, I would say that when you know the distance you are going to hit each club in your bag, you are going to shoot lower scores. When you remove indecision, and reach for a club with confidence, you are going to make a better swing.

That being said, what better way to know how far you hit each ball than by reviewing each shot on your phone after the round is over?

Launch monitors can help you work on that control, but what do you do when those high-tech launch monitors are simply out of your financial reach? You find an alternative like the Arccos caddie sensor. The sensors are attached to the end of the grips on your clubs. They are affordable and simple to use, but best of all, they are an asset to your game.

The Arccos caddie system connects the sensors to a mobile app. They read the information when you swing, and the app calculates the distance and records the data according to the club you use. It can then advise you on how to choose your clubs and improve your game.

The complete system includes 14 sensors with batteries that are built to last five years or more. Its ability to provide reliable data about your distances can help you succeed on the golf course.

All of the Cobra Connect golf clubs now come with the Arccos caddie system built-in. This partnership between Arccos and a leading golf manufacturer is just one of the reasons I gave it a try.

Top Pick For Best Golf Launch Monitors

FlightScope Mevo

Golf training aidsBest Golf Launch Monitor 2019 is the FlightScope Mevo, followed very closely by the Arccos Caddie Smart Sensors. The FlighScope Mevo was our favorite because it is extremely portable, weighs next to nothing, and provided us with the biggest improvement to our game of all of the devices..

Many golfers spend time practicing on their game, but practice inefficiently. When you can hit fairway woods, or work on your short game and wedges, hit your driver, and do this with instant feedback…..that is a winner.

The FlightScope Mevo is a portable golf monitor that you can use on the driving range, in a golf training studio, on the course, or hitting into a golf net in your basement or garage. It is a training aid and launch monitor wrapped into a tiny little package. Definitely worth the money and a golf launch monitor your friends will be begging you to use.

The Best Sunglasses for Golfers 2019

You may not realize how essential sunglasses are on the golf course until you show up without them on a very sunny day. Teeing off into the sun without a pair of golf shades seems as crazy to me as playing barefoot.  A great pair of golf sunglasses should be as important as your driver or wedge. We are breaking down which shades are going to serve you best the next time you tee it up.

Why Do Golfers Need Sunglasses?

When golfing on a sunny day, you want to protect your eyes from harmful UV rays and light exposure. I don’t know about you, but squinting at the sun is not only annoying, but it also impacts my shots. Most golfers probably do not realize that your follow-through is affected by the sun. When you hit directly into the sunlight, you have a tendency not to follow through because you don’t want to be temporarily blinded by the sun. On sunny days we tend not to finish our shots and miss with a fade or slice. Good sunglasses for golfers can help prevent these lost strokes.

Not only are sunglasses needed for protection from brightness and glares, but many players also wear sunglasses to block out other distractions. Polarized sunglasses allow golfers to see distances a little more accurately while others love wearing a polarized lens to read the putting greens. Shades that wrap all-around your eyes and peripherals allow you to concentrate on golf, and only golf.
Wearing sunglasses on the course is not the same for everyone. It is hard for me to wear anything but wrap sunglasses. If there is any daylight impacting my field of vision during my swing, it makes me lose concentration.

You may also notice that several pros do not wear sunglasses on the golf course. Keep in mind, when you watch them on television, it is usually during their shot. Several pros will wear sunglasses in between shots, and then put them on the back of their hats as to not block the logo of their sponsor on the front of their cap.

What Are the Best Color Lenses for Golf?

Sunglasses come in a variety of lens colors. Some of the most common lens colors used by golfers are brown/amber, rose/red, green, and gray. The brown and red shades will help differentiate between the light and dark colors on the course. Gray-colored tint allows golfers to see colors in their purest form. Shades with green lenses are well known for reducing glare and enhancing contrast.

Even though these are the most common colors used by golfers, they may not be the right fit for you. You want to pick the lens color that works best for your eyes and performance. The Rose-colored lenses are my personal favorite for playing when it is overcast or very cloudy. The course will appear nicer than it actually is with a Prizm golf lens.

What to Look for Sunglasses for Golf?

When deciding on glasses to purchase, you’re going to want to give it some thought. Do you want them to be protective and polarized? What about comfortable yet stylish? Do you want glasses that wrap around and block out all of the sun?

A common problem many golfers have with sunglasses is the wear and tear. If you frequently take your glasses off and on, you may drop them a little more than you like. If you scratch one of the lenses, it will have more impact on your game compared to scratches on your golf clubs. We want to find scratch resistant, and when possible replaceable lenses or interchangeable lenses that can be swapped out if scratched.

At the top of our list are glasses that block both harmful UVB and UVA rays. It’s essential to think about if you want your glasses to be polarized or not. While they provide great benefits from glare, they tend to dull your view. There are various styles, fits, and shapes of sunglasses that can meet your exact preference. The perfect shades may not be able to turn your double bogey into a birdie, but they can significantly impact your game.

We have searched high and low to present you with the best sunglasses for your golfing needs. I must say, I thoroughly enjoyed doing this review. There wasn’t a thing my wife could say when she saw me sporting a different pair of shades every day. It made it even better when I found a pair that was perfect for her on the links!

The Best Sunglasses of 2019 Based on Our Reviews

Oakley Men’s OO9188 Flak 2.0 XL Rectangular Sunglasses

Oakley Flak 2.0 XL Rectangular Sunglasses are talked about very highly in the golf industry. I decided to buy these for a golf tournament back in June to see what all the fuss was about. Let me tell you; these shades are worth every penny. I can confidently say that Flak 2.0 is the most comfortable pair of sunglasses I have ever owned. I like how long the ear socks are, as they fit snugly around the sides of my head. They are cushioned nice and gently on the top of my nose and my temples, which is important for long-term wear.

These frames provide you with the over-the-top protection your eyes need. They won’t fall off your face and don’t require constant adjustment. Durable, comfortable, and protective, these sunglasses are great for any weather on the course. Not to mention how good you’ll look wearing them.

As a frequent golfer, these frames are ideal for any outdoor sport. These specific Oakley frames are designed to magnify detail, color, and contrast so athletes can optimize their experience of any activity. It’s almost impossible to name a sport where you could not wear these glasses.

You will not be disappointed with the quality of Oakley. The brand has a well-known reputation for using comfortable materials, stylish frames, and cutting-edge designs. These shades are great at blocking out ultraviolet rays, so your eyes will be protected while out on the course. These glasses pretty much speak for themselves. The Flak 2.0 XL has an unbelievable amount of coverage with a wide peripheral area. These shades have a rubberized, durable grip to prevent from falling off; not to mention they are incredibly lightweight. Oakley sunglasses tend to have a long life, all while staying in excellent condition.

While many of the other sunglasses we review will do an adequate job of protecting you from the sun, there is a reason you pay higher price tags for golf drivers from Callaway, Titleist, or Taylor Made and golf shoes from Foot Joy or Nike. The brands in golf make a difference, and you see more pros on tour wearing Oakley Sunglasses than you do Dudama. We all have friends that would rather spend a few bucks on some blue light specials compared to spending the money on a fresh set of Oakley’s. Others, like me, would rather look good playing because I can’t count on my game to look that great every round.

Under Armour Men’s Core 2.0 Sunglasses

This famous brand provides shades with ultimate clarity and comfort. Under Armour Men’s Core 2.0 will protect your eyes from the scorching sun with their ray protection coating. Although these sunglasses are not polarized, they allow you to cut through glare and find your pin from a far distance. They are designed with maximum durability to protect against impact and scratches.

When I’m playing a round with my buddies, I know that when I wear my Under Armour shades that they will stay secure on my face. I, for one, really benefit from the adjustable nose pad because I like how they are customized to my face shape. I can confidently say that not many sunglasses will conform to your individual features.

Callaway Sungear Raptor Golf Sunglasses

My favorite part of these Callaway golf glasses is the size. We all have been there. You try on a pair of sunglasses for men, and they are so tight that they barely fit your 10-year-old son. The Raptor is designed for medium to large heads. I was able to wear these comfortably without having a headache by the turn. They also come equipped with adjustable nose pads for a more comfortable fit.

These sunglasses were marketed to allow more light in than ordinary sunglasses, while still protecting your eyes from 100% of UVB and UVA rays. The view seemed much crisper than cheap shades. One of the biggest things I noticed was the difference in my putting game. The green appeared so much clearer. Since I do tend to overheat a bit, I did see a small con to these glasses. On a hot, humid day, you will notice some condensation forming in the upper outside corners.

Under Armour UA Propel Wrap Sunglasses

The Under Armour Propel Wrap sunglasses came up at the bottom of my list. Although I like the contoured look and initial fit, they dug in behind my ears after a little while. The wraparound style helped to protect light seeping in from the sides. Although I did not care for these glasses, they fit my wife’s face much better. She loves the way these sunglasses cut through the glare on a sunny day.

I would suggest Under Armour work on a better fit for this style of sunglasses. For a man, they are too small, yet for a woman, they fit nicely, except when golfing. They tend to slide off my wife’s face a bit when she hits the ball.

Callaway Sungear Kite Golf Sunglasses – Tortoise Plastic Frame

I love the sleek and contoured style of these wraparounds. The gray lens allows additional light to pass through while being UVB and UVA protective. There is extreme clarity looking through these sunglasses.

Like other Callaway glasses, they are made for a man’s head. They are comfortable, yet do not slip off my face. Callaway Sungear Kite Golf Sunglasses are polarized, so they certainly cut down on glare while on the course. I even use them while driving. My next use for them will be fishing. I really like these glasses for reading the green. They provide a nice contrast on the fairway.

Oakley Radar EV Path OO9208 Sunglasses for Men

I have always been a big fan of Oakley’s. Even after reviewing all of the above, I still choose Oakley. This bundle is my favorite deal since it comes with the Oakley leash and s designer iwear kit. The cleaning kit comes packed a spray bottle, microfiber cloth, and a screwdriver/keychain. I know that if I need to make any adjustments, I have everything I need right at hand. What makes this even better is the 2-year warranty that comes with this product.

The lenses are non-polarized, allowing for additional clarity while on the course. The plastic frame and lenses make these sunglasses very lightweight on my face. After shooting a round of golf, my eyes weren’t tired at all.

As with any Oakley’s, these can be used for more than just golf. Of course, I would suggest the make and the fit for golf, but I also bought my son a pair for baseball. I already have other parents asking me what style they are as they fit his face and stay put! Either pair of Oakley’s on here is worth the extra couple of dollars that you would spend on a cheap pair.

Top Pick For Best Sunglasses For Golf

Oakley Radar EV Path OO9208 Sunglasses For Men +BUNDLE with Oakley Accessory Leash Kit

Of all of the sunglasses we reviewed, the Oakley’s stand above the competition when it comes to how they felt on our face, the clarity of the lenses, and the overall “look” on the golf course. Our top pick is the Oakley Radar EV Path OO9208 Sunglasses For Men+BUNDLE with Oakley Accessory Leash Kit. With more than 15 different colors to choose from, along with a great look, we are happy to recommend these glasses for you or any golfer in your life.

Sunglasses are a very personal item, and some people like specific brands, looks, shapes, etc. That being said, Oakley sunglasses have stood the test of time, and they are the one brand most golfers think of when looking for a new pair of shades on the golf course. You won’t go wrong with the Oakley Radar EV Path 009208.

Best Golf Rangefinder of 2019

With the fast-increasing popularity of rangefinders, there’s been several available across all price points. My biggest question: Do I really need to spend $400 or more to get a decent one? Is a bargain range finder going to provide adequate value or will it cause endless frustration? I set out to locate the very best golf range finders of 2019, at every price point.

Wherever you look, golf gadgets and golf products promise to give buyers straight drives, low scores, and the ability to become the envy of all their friends. Even the best golf range finders in the world aren’t going to give you a perfectly straight tee shot, but they’re still essential for any golfer who’s looking to to be more accurate. Talk to any golf coach and one of the first questions they ask when hitting balls is “What’s your target?”. You should also know…..exactly how far is my target.

Accuracy Matters

If you’re looking for a rangefinder, your foremost concern is to get an accurate distance reading to the pin. Every model that we list in this article can provide this. They’ve all been used and reviewed by actual golfers, and they will, at the very least, accomplish this critically important task. Some models may relay this information a bit faster and with noticeably less hassle than others, but these are attributes that you’re going to have to pay for.

Calculating Slope

Apart from accuracy, I can say that the other top feature to look for is a rangefinder’s ability to automatically calculate the golf course slope. This feature can be a tremendous benefit. It will totally eliminate the guesswork involved with factoring in the uphill and downhill slope and determining which club is the best one to use. It will save you strokes when you’re out on the course.

Of course, you want to use a range finder that you can switch the slope on and off. You are not allowed under USGA rule 14-3 to use a range finder with slope during a tournament. Most of the newer range finders now have a switch to make this transition easy.

A great benefit to using a range finder with slope is that when playing on a normal day, you can get an idea of how much impact hitting from the top of a hill to the green, or hitting to a false front the slope will have on your golf ball. If you know that hitting from the top of a hill on a specific hole of your course usually takes off about 8 yards of distance, you won’t need that range finder in a tournament to remember this data. So on the day of the tournament, you have a distinct advantage over your competition.

If your goal is to start playing tournament golf, then this isn’t a legal feature. You’ll need to purchase a rangefinder that lacks this ability, or a design in which this feature can be turned off. If you don’t intend to play in golf tournaments, then you can purchase a rangefinder that factors in slopes, and that lacks the ability to disable this feature.

Best Golf Range Finders – Budget Versus Premium

When selecting a laser rangefinder, golfers have to decide if they are going to splurge for premium models such as those sold by Bushnell or if they would prefer to shop around. One has to consider whether the $200 – $600 spent on a Bushnell product will surpass the performance standards from the less expensive brands like WOSPORTS, TecTecTec or Precision Pro. Of course, you will find more features available on the Bushnell models than on the budget models. Alternatively, to save money, you can opt for a less popular brand.

You have to consider that premium brands that promote their product and run regular television commercials will have the costs for these services embedded in the product’s price.

I will share my favorite first, and then I will divulge the models that are worth the extra money, and ones that are not. Some brands may be considered as the best golf range finders available purely because of the features and reliability; however, the product may be much more than you need.

Best Golf Range Finders

Precision Pro Golf NX7 (non-slope)

Of the laser rangefinders that I have tested, I consider the Precision Pro Golf NX7 (non-slope) to be one of the best. Because of the lightness of the product, I did not have any issues target reading in windy conditions or when my hands were unstable.

The Precision Pro Golf NX7 can find the flag and give you a reading within a couple of seconds. The instructions are easy to follow, and when you sweep it across the flag, the range finder can find the pin after just a couple of swipes. I had versatility while using the NX7 for locating various targets on the golf course, which a GPS would not have found. It is great at disregarding the background, so even shaky hands can get readings with accuracy. I tested it while practicing hitting balls to targets which I knew the exact distance and by measuring the accuracy of the distance I hit each club. Once the range finder calculates the distance to the flag, it vibrates, which is great, and the distance displays immediately. The best part? It is accurate within a tenth of a yard.

The Precision Pro Golf NX7 rangefinder is water-resistant. It can cover up to 400 yards and can be switched over to metric units. To top it off, it is always accurate within one yard.

I love this unit because it is packed with an abundance of features, and the batteries are free for the life of the range finder.

The Precision Pro Golf NX7 is not a risky buy because the company offers performance and customer satisfaction guarantees. Also, the product is sold at a reasonable price. If you are looking for a water-resistant range finder that provides reliable accuracy and can be trusted to help with your game, get the Precision Pro Golf NX7. You’ll be more than satisfied. I know I was.

Bushnell Tour V4 JOLT Golf Laser Rangefinder

The Bushnell brand utilizes the latest pin seeker with jolt technology in the Bushnell Tour V4 JOLT Golf Laser Rangefinder. The Tour V4 carries an incredible group of features packed into a more ergonomic form factor. You will enjoy the pin seeker with jolt technology in the Tour V4 because it offers the accuracy you desire in a faster and more compact package. The jolt technology that Bushnell offers gives off short vibrations which ensure that the laser locks on the flag.

The Bushnell Tour V4 JOLT Golf Laser Rangefinder is approved for tournaments and extends its range from 5 to 1,000 yards with accuracy within one yard. The Tour V4 can provide yardage to flags that are as far as 400 yards away, and it is ideal for golfers of all proficiency. These products come with a battery and carry case, and it has a two-year limited warranty.

However, the Bushnell Tour V4 JOLT Golf Laser Rangefinder does not provide slope.

My results reflect consistently that the jolt reading is off by 10-15 yards. In some instances, the Jolt was off by 30-35 yards. I had to check it at least three to four times.

If you plan to purchase a Bushnell, spend the extra money and buy the Pro XE.

Bushnell Pro XE Rangefinder

Bushnell Golf take laser rangefinders to the next level with their Pro XE slope with elements feature. Bushnell now takes barometric pressure and temperature into account when calculating the distance of your shot. This is one of the most expensive models on the market, however, it has positively impacted my game more than I thought imaginable.

The JOLT technology used in previous Bushnell versions has now received an upgrade. Not only do you feel the vibration, but you will see a red ring flash as well.

I didn’t realize how important the new magnetic mount technology would be to me. After attaching it to the golf chart, it was always close at hand, and quickly locked back into place when not in use. With the steep cost, I was very happy with the actual construction. The full-metal housing gives the Bushnell Pro XE a solid feeling. Not to mention, it’s waterproof construction.

A word of caution with the magnetic mount technology. On several occasions, I have left the range golf range finder attached to my cart before leaving the course. Be sure whatever model you choose to immediately put your contact information on the device in the event you forget to pack your GPS up for the day. I make sure to grab my cell phone and range finder last because they seem to be the two items I forget most often at the course.

I did find that I had to scan back and forth on a few occasions to pick up the pin. This could be due to the flagsticks at my course compared to the rangefinder. The directions are detailed. I recommended following them to the letter to get the best use out of this golf rangefinder.

Once you swallow the price tag of the Pro XE, you will be happily surprised with the overall make and performance.

TecTecTec Laser Golf Rangefinder VPRO500S Slope with Battery

If you are looking for a very good range finder, and want to save some cash, this is going to be the golf range finder for you. Nearly every model offered by TecTecTec is under $180 and they are very accurate in my opinion. If you are a 15 to 30 handicap, you should definitely consider this range finder.

The VPRO500S is very easy to use, and I found it to be within a yard of the higher end Bushnell products. What stands out on this rangefinder is the way it feels in your hand. While most of the range finders feel comfortable, this one felt great. You don’t have to push the buttons very hard to pick up your target, and instead of getting the vibration from the Bushnell units, this gives a “locked on” indicator when you are in pinseeker mode. This will come down to your personal preference, but it felt really good in my hands.

The company TecTecTec sells affordable golf rangefinders. While we reviewed the VPRO500S and really liked it, others from the company didn’t quite feel the same. This is a great rangefinder for a new golfer or for someone that is afraid of losing or forgetting one at the course. They aren’t super cheap, but several hundred less than the most expensive lasers we used.

Callaway 300 Pro Golf Laser Rangefinder with Slope

The Callaway 300 Pro Golf Laser Rangefinder is an affordable option for a rangefinder with slope. And to make this product even better, with the simple click of a button, you can turn off the slope function and use it for tournament play!

The manufacturer states that you can ‘quickly lock in the pin from 300 yards away’, but my tests produced different results. Over 250 yards, I was unable to lock on the pin easily. However, it worked very well under that distance. I am extremely pleased with the accuracy and ease of use of the Calloway 300 Pro. As a cautionary note, if you are a bit shaky or if it is windy, the readings will vary a little. However, it appears to get easier with each additional use. It has a scan feature that allows you to gather the distance of multiple targets at once.

The only thing I would recommend to Calloway would be to relocate the yard/meter button. Most golfers I know, use yards as their unit of measure. The switch to toggle units is located right next to your yardage button. I did hit that button several times due to the size of my fingers. I found out the hard way that I clicked the button by landing several shots short of my intended target.

The Callaway 300 Pro also has what is called a “Birdie” feature. It is an audible chirp-like sound to confirm that you are locked on your target. Personally, I found the chirp annoying, but it was a feature I could easily overlook since you can turn it off. Don’t let the sound steer you from this product, as I have read several reviews from people who find the sound rather pleasing. I prefer the vibration feature of other models, but that isn’t a deal-breaker for me. All in all, this is an excellent product! Great value for your money.

WOSPORTS Golf Rangefinder

The WOSPORTS Golf Rangefinder worked well and cost less than $150. There were no problems securing yardage to pin that was less than 200 yards. I conducted three separate reads using the same pin, and the results were consistently within a yard. This product is ideal for a golfer who does not play regularly, and who wants an idea of the range without spending a lot of money. This product does have some discrepancies in readings after aiming at the same target. It was unable to read a pin over 180 yards; therefore, I rank it lowest on my recommendation list. For the price, it will allow you to make a close enough estimate.

With money not being an option, the Bushnell Pro XE is the best golf rangefinder I tested.

Bushnell Pro XE

bushnell pro xeAccurate, feels great in my hand, and has all the bells and whistles you need on the course. Obviously, you are going to pay a bit more the Bushnell Pro XE, but you are likely going to take care of it because of the high price tag. Since the majority of us are weekend warriors, and do not necessarily have the money to put of for the Pro XE, I would then recommend the Calloway 300 Pro with slope or the Precision Pro Golf NX7. Both mid-range options are excellent choices for the money. The WOSPORTS golf rangefinder and TecTecTec would be the cheapest options, but in the case of golf rangefinders, cheapest is not always the best.

Best Golf GPS Watches [Review Buying Guide] of 2019

GPS technology can be very valuable when it comes to golfing. Almost every golf GPS watch will do the same thing as to tell you where the pin is and how far away you are. They’ll also show you the size and location of hazards, so you’ll always be able to find those hidden sand traps. We have searched and tested a number of GPS watches to provide you with a variety of options and our best choices. This may be a good place to start if you’re looking to take your game to the next level.

What does a Golf GPS Watch even do?

GPS watches are extremely useful devices for any serious golfer. The main reason you likely want to take advantage of GPS watch technology is to measure distance to the pin without having to grab your range finder on every shot. There are times you need the exact distance to the hole, but a GPS watch is going to give you accurate distance to the center of the green which is going to be all you really need most of the time.

Many golf watches are able to track data and log statistics and many offer a color touchscreen. You can transport this data right to your smartphone, allowing you to take your statistics with you to any golf course you play at.

Why every golfer should have a GPS Watch:

Although golfers don’t need a GPS Watch, it certainly doesn’t hurt. It makes things faster, easier, more enjoyable, and I believe it can help you lower your scores. When you know how far you hit each club in your bag, and you know the exact distance to the hole, you are giving yourself the best chance of knocking on the green in regulation

One of the many benefits of using a golf smartwatch is that you won’t have to rely on distance markers, so your game won’t be sabotaged by inaccurate information and you won’t slow down your group when trying to find yardage mark before every your shot.

I have played with a ton of golfers over the last few years that will attach their watch to the steering wheel of the cart during their round. Instead of using it as a sports watch, they use it more like a handheld GPS device. Although it may not provide the convenience of being attached to your wrist for every shot, it does a very good job of giving you a distance from the cart to the center of the green on each shot.

Can a GPS watch help better your game?

GPS golf watches are created for every golfer at any skill level or age. These watches are designed to provide distances to the hole, and some will track distances and every movement in your swing, while collecting data while you just focus on playing golf. Imagine wearing that device on your wrist.

In addition to providing distances to the pins, some of the more advanced models are competing with companies like Fitbit where they will provide heart rate monitoring, steps taken and distance traveled. When we were searching for the best golf GPS watch, we spent more time focused on the advantages for your golf game, and not so much your personal health. We believe in every watch on this list and we think that can help you with taking your game to the next level.

BEST Golf GPS Watch:

As you can see by the golf GPS watches we reviewed, Garmin golf watches continue to dominate the industry. Of the five we like best, we had three Garmin golf watches in our list of best devices. The one we liked best of all of the sport watches is the Garmin Approach S60, Premium GPS Golf Watch with Touchscreen Display and Full Color CourseView Mapping.

Garmin Approach S60

Garmin s60Not only does this GPS watch provide with all the bells and whistles you need on the golf course, it is stylish enough to be your every day watch. What I really liked best is the screen and how you can see it so clearly in full sunshine. The fact that you can get two rounds with one charge is also a big reason this was our recommended choice for a golf GPS watch.

This watch comes preloaded with more courses than you could possibly hope to play in your lifetime, and provides extremely accurate distances to the front, middle, and back of the green. Although the price is a bit more than the others on the list, it is because it is clearly the best golf GPS watch on the market. It is the one GPS device you will be happy to have purchased.

The Best Sunscreen for Golfers Review Buying Guide 2019

When you are loading up your golf bag, you obviously think of the essential items you need like golf clubs, golf shoes, golf balls, and tees. But one of the most important is often missed…sunscreen. Continue reading to find the best sunscreen for golfers, and exactly why you need it!

Why Do Golfers Need Sunscreen?

As a golfer, you spend most of your round under the sun, with little cover. You may be able to grab a minute or two of shade under a tree, but most of the time you are exposed to the sun. While the vitamin D may be great for your body, too much exposure to the sun without protection can cause long-term problems to your skin.

Sun Damage

Sun damage begins during your childhood with exposure to UV light from the sun. As you age, frequent sun exposure plays havoc on the body’s ability to repair itself, causing damage to the DNA of your skin cells. All of those sunburns you had as a kid add up contributing to years of damage to layers of skin. We grow older; we grow wiser.

In today’s day and age, science has given us the opportunity actually to see the damage the sun causes. And as an avid golfer, the senior pros at your country club may have a nice tan, but you will see the evident damage that has already been caused by the leathery appearance of their skin and the age spots that now cover their face, neck, and arms.

Skin Cancer: The Most Common Form of Cancer

Cancer can be caused purely from genetic bad luck, but more commonly, skin cancer is caused by exposure to ultraviolet radiation from the sun. There are more new cases found each year than other cancers.

Three types of skin cancer

Melanoma is the rarest form of skin cancer, yet it is the deadliest. It may only account for a small percent of cancer cases, yet, it is the most fatal, once it metastasizes to various areas of the body.

The next, less severe, skin cancer is known as squamous cell carcinoma. The treatment for this is typically a straightforward approach unless the cancer has spread. It is still dangerous.

The most commonly widespread form of skin cancer is basal cell carcinoma. It rarely spreads, and if it is a superficial tumor, it can be removed surgically, and sometimes even by a topical cream or light therapy. This sounds simple, right? Wrong! Even though this is the best type of skin cancer you can get, if someone was pointing a gun to your head and you had to choose. However, once you have had frequent bouts of this type of cancer, your odds significantly increase for developing other cancers such as colon, prostate, or breast cancer. (https://med.stanford.edu/news/all-news/2018/08/common-skin-cancer-can-signal-increased-risk-of-other-cancers.html)

How to Avoid Skin Damage with Sunscreen

Avoiding the harmful effects of the sun seems like a simple task if your passion is needlepoint! It is unavoidable when you are a golfer. Even on a nice, comfortable March day in Florida, you can still get burnt. For some reason, as humans, we think nothing of applying sunscreen when we are on vacation in another state. But, do you think to apply sunscreen before you leave your house to tee off at the local country club? My guess is probably not. And if you have applied suntan lotion before, you probably didn’t again since you used the greasy sunblock that your wife uses on the kids at the pool. It took you the first four holes to be able to grip your club correctly!

What to Look for in Sunscreen for Golfers

When searching for sun protection, your best bet is to always go with broad-spectrum protection. This means that the sunscreen will protect you from UVB and UVA rays, both of which contribute to skin damage and aging, raising your risks for skin cancer. No product on the market can be labeled as broad-spectrum unless it has been tested to meet the standards. So rest assured, when you purchase a sunscreen that states broad spectrum on the label, you are doubly protected.

According to the American Cancer Society, choose a sunscreen that has an SPF rating of 30 or more. When participating in outside events such as golf, you want a product that is water-resistant. Any sunscreen claiming to be waterproof is a lie. Water-resistant, yes. Waterproof, no. Important to remember! Now, as a water-resistant lotion, the manufacturer must tell you how long it will last. Times range from 40 to 80 minutes, maximum. No product will be sweat resistant over 80 minutes.

We have chosen to review some of the top picks for the best sunscreens for golfers, and you will find our results below. Don’t let the sunshine keep you off the course!

The Best Sunscreens for Golf

EltaMD UV Sport Broad-Spectrum SPF 50

Mineral-based, moisturizing, great for light completions, and extremely lightweight on my face. It is mineral-based and water-resistant for up to 80 minutes. It can be applied to wet or dry skin and blends in quickly with no white residue. Elta has been in business for over 25 years.

The biggest factor that stood out for me with the Elta MD was how light it felt on my face. So light and gentle, you can share this sunscreen with your wife to be used under her makeup. And lets face it, when we keep ordering more and more products for golf, she tends to get a bit grumpy! Approach this purchase as a his and hers gift! Perfect for both of you! Even though this is a bit pricier than the others, I feel it is definitely worth it, especially if you have a fair complexion. This will be my go-to face lotion when one the golf course.

La Roche-Posay Anthelios Ultra Light Sunscreen Fluid Extreme, Spf 60-1.7 Oz, 1.75 Oz

When someone puts this much time into reviewing sunscreen, you can rest assured that I burn very easily. Again, I am fair complected, as well. I need a sunscreen that can keep up with my love of golf and exposure to harsh rays. I loved La Roche-Posay Anthelios Melt-In Sunscreen Milk the first day I used it. I only had time to play nine holes, but it was blistering hot, and I was wiping my face a great deal. I was amazed that it worked perfectly. When I got home, I could see no signs of sun exposure on my fair skin, and it was no different the next day.

This sunscreen milk blends into the face and body and moisturizes without leaving any residue. This La Roche-Posay Anthelios product costs more than many sunscreens, but it is a quality product, and I highly recommend it to anyone who spends a lot of time in the sun.

I used this little gem on a golf trip to Florida, in May. I was looking for a higher SPF rating, and 50 seemed to be a good choice. What really attracted my attention to this product was the price… for a two, 4-ounce tubes it was very affordable! Another added bonus, SPF Rx is Broad Spectrum, so it protects against both UVB and UVA rays!

The next factor that was important to me was the ingredients. My dermatologist told me that the best sunscreen to use is mineral-based. Of course, he wasn’t going to give me a name, so I set out to find one on my own. Being that the main ingredients in this product are Zinc Oxide and Titanium Oxide, both non-toxic and pure minerals, that checked off that criteria.

Additional ingredients such as Aloe Vera leaf juice and Shea butter will help moisturize your skin while providing the beneficial healing powers of Vitamins A and E. Another ingredient in SPF Rx is Cinnamic acid which has been known to be an effective natural UV sun protector. This golfers sunscreen is definitely in my top five!

Skin Sunscreen Golf SPF 30

When I decided to dig a little deeper into protecting my skin on the course, I went directly in search of sun protection that is made for golfers! Yes, that is actually a thing (I didn’t believe it either)! And better yet, it was developed by golfers! Win-Win! This lotion is mineral-based and contains Manuka Honey that helped keep my skin feeling hydrated.

SKIN Sunscreen Golf SPF 30 is Broad Spectrum which protects from UVA and UVB rays. Other additional benefits are:

  • Made in the USA
  • Hypoallergenic
  • Mineral-based, containing Titanium Dioxide and Zinc Oxide
  • Water-Resistant
  • Oxybenzone Free
  • Gluten-Free

When trying out the SKIN Sunscreen Golf, I was pleasantly surprised by the non-greasy formula. It worked remarkably well after I started sweating.

Waxhead Zinc Oxide Sunscreen Stick

The best way to apply Waxhead sunscreen stick is by drawing long strokes on each of your arms and legs. Allow for a space of about an inch or less between stripes, (or you could choose to apply the product using a wide zigzag on other parts of your body). Use your fingers to rub the product in, going crosswise against the stripes, and blending the coating until it is even.

When I was using the Waxhead sunscreen stick, I stayed out in the sun for at least eight hours each day, and the only time I had to reapply it was when temps broke 100 degrees, and it was terribly humid. I probably could’ve gone all day without reapplying, but to be on the safe side, I decided to reapply after the turn. I did not burn at all! I did, however, notice a nice even tan.

The product goes on thick, but as long as you spread it evenly, you will be fine. I wanted to get a sunscreen that would work for my entire family, and this one was easy to use. I was also looking to avoid breathing in the spray sunscreen products. A mineral sunscreen is what I was looking for, and Waxhead fit the bill. Zinc Oxide has been in use for many years without problems, although some recent formulations that use nano-Zinc Oxide have resulted in skin sensitivity or allergies.

When you first apply Waxhead, the product is a bit white and thick, and you do need to make an effort to rub it in. Using the stick was easy and fast. I discovered that after rubbing the wax into my skin lightly, the whiteness disappeared within just a few minutes. My hands were a little greasy, but that wiped right off on my golf towel.

This product has excellent water resistance, and it doesn’t leave a strange film on the skin the way that chemical sunscreens do. It only took soap and water to remove it whereas a lot more scrubbing is required to get the chemical sunscreens off. The product may seem a bit expensive, but it is a good purchase since you can easily see where you have applied it.

I look forward to trying other products made by the Waxhead company.

EltaMD UV Sport Broad-Spectrum SPF 50

EltaMD UV Sport Broad-Spectrum SPF 50 is the best all around sunscreen for golf. It won’t make your hands greasy and won’t make you look like a ghost. If you want to avoid looking like a lobster after a few rounds or if you just need to avoid the sun glasses tan line, this is the sunscreen for you. I would spend an extra few bucks every day of the week to know that I am protecting my skin, while not interfering with my golf game.

I did my research upfront before even picking five different products to review. All of the above are mineral-based and have performed incredibly well for my intended use – golfing. Although each product is more expensive than your local pharmacy brand, there is no comparison.

The Best Golf Coolers Review Buying Guide 2019

The best golf coolers may not be the name brands that you would generally think of. Although Yeti, Coleman, Igloo may own a huge portion of the cooler market, golf coolers are unique. A great golf cooler not only will keep your beers cold, you won’t draw any attention as your roll into the course.

Why Golf Coolers Are Different Than Your Traditional Coolers

Most golf courses will not allow you to bring your own beer or liquor on the golf course. In many states, it is illegal if you bring your own alcohol, and if caught by the proper legal authorities (not sure who this would be), the golf club could lose their liquor license. That being said, this review of golf coolers is for those of us that would like to enjoy a tasty beverage while playing golf, without paying $5.00 a beer and having to tip the hot cart girl.

If you have a moral or ethical problem with sneaking beer onto the course….Congratulations! You are the first person I have ever met other than a general manager of a course that has an issue. Otherwise, check out our reviews.

What Are the Advantages Of A Golf Cooler

Depending on the golf cooler you choose, there are a number of benefits to having a great cooler. Saving money and not having to pay the excessive prices golf courses charge is obviously a huge benefit. Having cold beer at any moment is also pretty important to those that just double bogeyed the last two holes and are looking to change their game around with a little “aiming fluid”. If you are like most of my friends at the golf club, you don’t really start playing your best until you have achieved the perfect blood alcohol level and the best way to do this is with some ice cold “swing lube”.

Worried That The Best Golf Coolers of 2019 Are Going to Get You In Trouble?

If you are worried about getting caught on the golf course or you don’t want to be “that guy” or “that girl”, don’t worry about it. The coolers we reviewed are not only great for sneaking beers on the golf course, you can also sneak some ice cold “road sodas” into church, the mall, back to school night at your kids school…whatever event that doesn’t actively promote the drinking of alcoholic beverages.

We Like Beer! We Drink Beer! So we are going to find the best coolers to help us sneak beer onto the golf course. If your with us, check out which coolers ranked highest on our list and why. Although you won’t go wrong with any of the coolers we have chosen, we have narrowed our list down to one favorite. Read below to see which beverage cooler we like best on the golf course.

The Best Golf Coolers 2019

BogeyPro Golf Covert Cooler Shoe Bag

This cooler is great for concealing 9 cans of beer and it looks just like an average golf shoe bag. Even though you can walk right by the starter with the Shoe Bag, it is designed to fit into an inside pocket of your golf bag. You can load up the cooler at your home, and dump ice right on top of your beers.

The cooler is made very well and has a tough interior liner. Some people use it to keep a few beers and a couple sandwiches on top. There have been some concerns online about the zipper being a little flimsy and the cooler is not air-tight, which could cause issues for walkers with a few beers in their bag.

Several people who have purchased the BogeyPro Golf Cooler suggested buying freezable Rubbermaid thin ice sheets which prevents any leaking. This cooler will keep beers cold for your entire round. It does say in big letters on the side Shoe Bag, but below the graphic is reads….Does not contain Beer. Just Shoes.

BevPod Ultra Slim Cooler Soft Bag

If you are looking for a cooler that is discreet, can hold 10 beers, and keep your beers cold for an entire round, this is the cooler for you. We should also mention…..your friends are going to love this cooler.

When I first rolled up to the first tee with this cooler, several of my friends asked why I brought my laptop to the course. The cooler is compact and really does look like a laptop case. The only give away is the BevPod logo on the front, but it is black and you can hardly see if unless you are looking closely.

What is great about this cooler is it comes with small sheet of freezable liquid that look like freezee pops. (I bought a couple extra to always make sure I had a frozen set). These sheets lay down perfectly in the BevPod, and you then can lay 10 twelve-ounce beers on the sheet. You then fold over the top portion and bam….you have 10 beers wrapped in ice, ready to take to the golf course.

The BevPod really is a very neat cooler, and your friends will definitely be envious of your new purchase. I have noticed though that on really hot days, the freezable sheets don’t quite make it an entire round. The cooler case is nothing more than a lap top case that conceals the beers and the ice. Don’t expect your beverages to remain cold for up to a week in this device.

6ixPack Golf Insulated Cooler Bag

If you are looking for easy way to sneak a 6-pack on the golf course, this is going to be the easiest cooler of the products we have reviewed. The 6ixPack golf cooler is designed to fit into the side pocket of most golf bags, will hold six of your favorite adult beverages, and comes with a freezer pack allowing you to freeze before use and not worry about adding ice.

The 6ixPack Golf Insulated Cooler is very durable and has a front pocket to keep a bottle opener or beer koozie. It has a detachable shoulder strap and is pretty inexpensive. You will have to keep this one in your bag as you try and sneak it on the course or close to your side as it has in big white letters on the side 6ix Pack Golf.

YETI Hopper Flip Portable Cooler

This cooler is the least inconspicuous of all of the coolers, but lets not forget, it is a Yeti. If you are unfamiliar with Yeti coolers, they have pretty much changed the cooler industry when they launched. These coolers will keep ice for days, are waterproof, and extremely durable. The Hopper Flip 12 has a big wide mouth opening and the interior is mildew resistant. You can put your adult beverages on ice in this cooler, come back a few days later and your beers will still be ice cold. The best cooler we reviewed in terms of keeping things cold.

The problem with the Yeti Hopper Flip portable cooler is that you are going to have a hard time going unnoticed when bringing this to the golf course. Although it will fit in the back of a golf cart, you will need to cover it with a golf towel. If you can bring your golf cart to your car, you will most likely be able to smuggle the cooler on the course, but the big Yeti logo on the side is a dead give way of what is inside.

It is perfect for those that play golf at courses that allow you to bring your own beer and beverages.

FlexiFreeze Freezable Golf Bag Cooler

The concept behind this cooler is great….Put your cooler in the freezer before you go play. Load up your adult beverages and the built in ice packs will keep your drinks cold for your entire round. There are sixty FlexiFreeze Freezable Ice Cubes that will keep your drinks cold for up to 12 hours. It will hold four of your beers and you can snap it right onto your golf bag.

This bag is perfect for those that want to take a few beers on the course, but this bag is definitely noticeable if you snap it to your bag. The one we purchased was Royal Blue, and it stood out against the red and black of our golf bag. It is small enough to fit into the big zipper on our bag, so it can be very inconspicuous and unnoticeable by your local head golf pro.

Conclusion: Best Golf Cooler For 2019

Winner: BogeyPro Golf Covert Cooler Shoe Bag

Shoe bag coolerThe reason we chose the shoe bag is because it looks like something you would normally have when walking up to the first tee. It holds 9 beers along with ice, and you can fit the shoe bag inside of the zippered pocket of your golf bag. The BogeyPro Golf Covert Cooler Shoe Bag is a unique gift for the golfer in your life, and although we cannot guarantee it…….we are pretty confident the recipient will love this as a gift.

We really liked all of the coolers that we reviewed, and we won’t say that any of them were bad. Every cooler on this list would be an ideal gift for a golfer, but our job is to pick the one we like best and recommend it to you. So, the best golf cooler what we recommend in 2019 is the BogeyPro Golf Covert Cooler Shoe Bag.

The Shoe Bag was our winner, but the BevPod came in a close second. It is amazing how many of our golfing friends loved the BevPod and it is the most inconspicuous of all of the coolers. You are hiding in plain site with the BevPod, and you may convince a few people you truly are bringing your laptop to the golf course.

Please be sure to check back often and see our reviews of other products including the Best Golf Training Aids we recently completed.
