AEC Annual Meeting for International Relations Coordinators 2010
In 2010, the AEC Annual Meeting for International Relations Coordinators will take place at the 'Mimar Sinan' Fine Arts University State Conservatory, 17-18 September 2010. Following some welcome speeches at the opening event on Friday 17 September, presentation on the Turkish Conservatoire system will be given by representatives of 'Mimar Sinan' Fine Arts University State Conservatory. Based on opinions collected through participants' evaluation questionnaires of the previous meeting, the discussions will be given more time during the conference in small breakout groups and 'Discussion Fora'. The newly recognised ‘Discussion Fora’ will give participants the possibility to discuss topics of mutual interest and they will take place parallel to the Workshop presentations on Friday afternoon.
In order to prepare the Friday ‘Discussion Fora’ sessions, the IRC Working Group invited all delegates to propose topics you would like to discuss. The selected topics are included into the programme and on the registration form, which all participants will use to register to the meeting in general and to fora or workshops of their choice in particular. The second day of the meeting will start with a plenary session on 'Youth on the Move' – the new initiative for learning mobility for young people of the EU and will be followed by discussions in the breakout groups. In addition, this year’s meeting would like to bring to your attention the ‘Code of Good Practide’ and discuss it in small groups.
The meeting will propose a concert on Saturday evening. More information about the concert will follow.
