AEC Early Music Platform Meeting 2009 

The first AEC Early Music Platform (EMP) Meeting took place in Trossingen (Germany), 23-24 January 2009, in cooperation with the University of Music Trossingen. The AEC Early Music Platform is meant for AEC institutions with a profound interest in early music education.

Topics of the meeting were:
- HIP Today (Historically Informed Performance)
- Cooperation in early music
- Early music education in Europe
- Research in early music education

Competition "À Tre"

In order to involve the next generation of professional musicians in the discussion of the EMP Meeting, the Insitute of Early Music of the University of Music Trossingen invited all students in Early Music around the world to participate and present themselves in a chamber music competition from January 19th to 23rd 2009, in Trossingen.
