For the meeting in Tallinn, the PJP Working Group had prepared a programme, which was divided into various sessions about specific topics:
A key-note speech entitled “Conservatoires in the Contemporary Society” by Don McLean (Schulich School of Music, McGill University).
A session with topics “Fundamentalism vs. Cultural Relativity. The problem of genres” by Erling Aksdal (Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Music Department), “Project-based learning, leadership and public engagement for jazz and popular musicians” by Joe Townsend (Trinity College of Music), “Profession and external conservatoire activities” by Udo Dahmen (Popakademie Baden-Württemberg), which discussed current and future European development of the contemporary music education and profession. The session was followed by a breakout group session.

•  Parallel Discussion groups on topics suggested by the PJP working group took place on the second day of the conference.
In addition, participants were given a possibility to hold optional Sunday morning meetings in order to develop joint projects etc.
